Linking of warehouses in the e-shop and the cash register system

Get perfect synchronization between the warehouse of your AWIS cash register system and the UPGATES e-shop. Thanks to this connection, you will always have an up-to-date overview of the availability of goods, whether they buy online or in your brick-and-mortar store.

The system automatically updates the status of stock items in real time, thereby eliminating the risk of product shortages and unnecessary complaints. You can set the update interval individually according to your needs, from once every 24 hours to every 5 minutes.

The following conditions are important for the correct functionality of the status update:

• have identical product codes in the AWIS Warehouse (PLU) and in the e-shop (CODE)
• before starting the synchronization, have the quantity statuses in the AWIS Warehouse and the e-shop compared
• unable to synchronize product variants
• synchronization is only possible for one AWIS cash register
