A service for customers who prefer to have their package or express shipment delivered to any drop-off point (post office, regional distribution center - RDC-SBD (regional center)) of their choice. Simply provide the name of the addressee, the postal code and the name of the drop-off point. For delivery to a post office, you must provide a mobile phone number or email address. The addressee or authorised recipient can collect the Parcel/Express parcel during office hours by providing the delivery number or the name of the addressee from the SMS/email notification and providing proof of identity.
