SupportBox is a great helpdesk tool into which you can easily connect all your communication with customers across e-mail, telephone, live chat. You will have everything clearly in one place. SupportBox is from a Czech workshop and is based on excellent customer care.

Thanks to the joint cooperation between Upgates and SupportBox, a useful plugin was created. Once activated, you will see the following important customer information in the SupportBox:

  • Customer Name
  • Customer Phone
  • Customer address
  • How much this customer has spent with you in total
  • Recent orders placed with you by your client:
    • Order number
    • Order amount
    • Date the order was created

From the tool, you can then simply click on the detail of a specific customer's order or his customer profile.
