How does it work?
Fill in the address and contact details for your parcel at www.poslatzasilku.cz. If applicable, please also indicate the amount of the cash on delivery. Prepare your parcel and print a label for it, which we will create for you based on the information you provide. This way you do not have to write the addresses on it by hand, and machine-sortable parcels are also financially discounted.
Simply drop the parcel off at one of the Czech Post branches. The customer will be informed about the entire delivery process by e-mail and SMS. You can also track the parcel in the Pošta Online mobile app.
Terms and conditions of the parcel in hand
- We will deliver the Hand delivery package up to XL size (longest side 240 cm) to any address in the Czech Republic.
- The delivery of Parcel Do Hand from 30 to 50 kg is subject to a contractual relationship with ČP and heavier parcels weighing over 30 kg can be delivered only at selected locations.
- If you use the Comprehensive Delivery service, we will also unpack the package and check its contents.
- At the same time as unpacking, we will remove the packaging and can arrange for the removal of the old appliance.
