TIP! Ratings are the most important part of your partner profile. Not only the placement of your partner account depends on this, but also whether clients choose you.
It is therefore important to always request a rating from the customer.
How to create a review
Only a customer on your partner profile can always create a review.
- The client clicks the Add rating button.
- A modal window with a form will open.
The client can choose whether to rate a specific offer or the agency (your partner profile) as a whole.
- After filling out the form, the evaluation will be sent.
What the evaluation looks like
Once your offer evaluation is complete, it will be posted directly to your Partner Profile and then to your Marketplace agency list
