Upgates can move the add-on to several states at your request

Warning! The add-on should not normally reach these states and can only be set in very exceptional cases.

These states are only resolved if the add-on is already approved and offered to clients

Hide for new users

The add-on will continue to work, but activation will be disabled for new clients.

• The add-on will be hidden from the Marketplace menu and administration of clients who did not have it active at that time.
  • Only Upgates can activate the add-on on the client e-shop.
• The agency will only see the add-on on its development project.
• The add-on will still be accessible after logging in to the Marketplace with the agency account, and it will be able to be edited.

Republication of the add-on

• The add-on will be published to clients in the Marketplace menu, including e-shop administrations.

Blocking the add-on

Blocking the add-on will essentially prevent any communication between the Add-on and the Upgates e-shop administrations, including the agency's development project.

• The add-on will be hidden from the Marketplace menu and client administrations - regardless of whether they had it active or not.
• All clients who had the add-on active will be deactivation of such an add-on.
• With deactivation, API accesses are also deactivated - Accesses will still be the same, it will just not be possible to access them.
• The add-on will still be accessible after logging in to the Marketplace with an agency account, and it will be possible to edit it.

Unblocking the add-on

• The add-on will be published to clients in the Marketplace menu, including e-shop administrations.
• API accesses that were deactivated will be reactivated.

Deleting the add-on

• The add-on will be deleted from the Marketplace menu, client administrations, and the agency's development project.
• All API accesses will be deleted and will no longer be possible to restore.
