A new add-on service, Premium Revisions , has been added to the price list since November 25, 2020. This service is time-based at our standard hourly rate . The revision will take place after deducting the charged amount from the e-shop Wallet or after paying the proforma invoice issued by UPgates Technical Support. This is within the deadline set by the support.

What the above-standard paid revision may relate to:

1) Review and find an error

  • Feed for product comparators
  • interconnection and data transfer within the Pohoda accounting system
  • Traffic settings
  • Import products and other data files into UPgates

2) Settings

    • Domain DNS records

    As part of a paid revision request, you must always provide an assignment with a specific request. Accordingly, the technical department will perform pricing and, based on your input, you will receive an output and a solution after the revision. In cases where the revised matter is a systemic defect, the amount paid by you will be refunded.
