Marketplace - Partner Profile Administration and Profile Functions

On the Marketplace, you can offer your services to potential customers and easily expand your client base.

The partner account you obtain on the Marketplace allows you to manage your service portfolio and create offers for integrating Upgates with external systems through verified add-ons. Additionally, you will be able to earn and manage commissions for customers you bring to us.

Registration on the Marketplace

Register by following these steps:

  1. In the top menu of the Upgates page, click on the Support tab and select Marketplace from the options.
  2. In the header of the Marketplace page, click on the Log in button.
  3. On the page that appears, click on Start Here! link.
  4. On the newly opened page, fill in your details and agree to the terms and conditions.
  5. If you want to use all the features of the Partner section, you must select the Agency account type. The User account type is only for managing assigned add-ons.
  6. Click on the Register button.

You will then be automatically logged into the client section of the Marketplace with the provided details.

Login to the Marketplace

You can log in to the Marketplace by following these steps:

  1. In the top menu of the Upgates page, click on the Support tab and select Marketplace from the options.
  2. In the header of the Marketplace page, click on the Sign In link.
  3. On the page that appears, fill in your Marketplace login details.

Partner Program Details

To use the commission system, all details must be completed. If they are not filled in, the system will notify you.

  1. On the Overview page in the Marketplace administration, click on the My Profile section in the left menu.
  2. On your Profile page, fill in your company’s ID number in the Commission section in the Company ID field.
  3. In the Currency drop-down menu, select the currency in which commissions should be paid.
  4. Save the changes made.

Creating an E-shop in the Partner Program

To earn commissions from a created e-shop within the partner program, you need to create the e-shop using a special token. Each agency has its unique token, which is the same for all e-shops created by that agency.

Creating an E-shop from the Marketplace Administration

In the Marketplace account administration, there is a direct link to create an e-shop with your agency's token:

  1. Go to the Affiliate Program / Affiate section.
  2. In the Create Partner E-shop Manually section, click on the "+ Create E-shop and Get Commissions"  link.
  3. You will be redirected to the main Upgates page.
  4. In the header of the page, click on the Create online store button.

Creating an E-shop Using a Link

In the Marketplace administration, several versions of the link for creating an e-shop are prepared. You can place this link on your website, send it to a customer, etc.:

1. Go to the Partner Program / Partner Page section.
2. In the Referral Link section, choose the link that suits your needs.
3. Continue from step 3 in the description above.

Overview of E-shops in the Partner Program

In the Marketplace administration, go to the Partner Program / My E-shops section. Here you can see an overview of e-shops registered under your agency.

You can view the commission details of a specific e-shop by clicking on the e-shop name or the pencil icon on the right side.

On the right side, navigation icons are available:

1. View the commission details of the given online store.
2. Redirect to the online store administration.
3. Redirect to the main page of the online store.

Paying Commissions

For e-shops created with your agency's token and for your connections, you can request commission payments after meeting the conditions.

You can request payment in the Partner Program / Pay Commissions section:

1. Click on the Pay Commissions button.

2. In the next step, you will be informed about the details with which you will issue an invoice to us.
3. We will reimburse this invoice.

History

In the Partner Program / History section, the history of e-shops registered under your agency is stored.

Marketplace - Requests and Reviews

The Marketplace / Requests section is intended for managing requests for your service offerings.

Clicking on the customer field or the pencil icon on the right side of the request list will display a pop-up window with request details, where you can accept or decline a new request.

In the displayed request list, you can also filter by their status (Delivered/Not Accepted/Accepted) or delete them in bulk.

In the Marketplace / Reviews section, customer reviews of your agency are collected.

Clicking on the reviewer field or the pencil icon on the right side of the review list will display a pop-up window with the option to respond to the review with a message.

Add-ons - Creation and Management

In the partner program, you can also offer verified integrations (to accounting systems, information systems, etc.) for Upgates e-shops. The list of these integrations is provided in the Add-ons / My Add-ons section.

My Profile - Agency Information and Offerings

This section contains several parts:

  • Main: Basic information about your agency and the option to change the language and password for the Marketplace administration interface.
  • Commissions: In this section, you can fill in the details needed for commission payments from the Marketplace. Your agency's token is also available here.
  • Marketplace Company Profile: Details about your agency that will be displayed on the Marketplace.
  • Advertising Categories: Here you add the Marketplace categories in which you will present your agency.
  • Offers: Create and enable specific service offers for publication here.

To make your agency visible on the Marketplace, you must have at least one service offer filled out and have selected at least one category for displaying the profile on the Marketplace. The agency profile must also be complete and approved by the Marketplace administrator.

A profile that has not been logged into for more than a year is automatically hidden on the Marketplace.

Offers

In this section, you can create a service offer that will be displayed to the customer when they click on the agency profile. The service offer is presented as a list, and the details of individual services can be displayed.

Create a service offer in the administration through the left menu: My Profile -> Offers -> Add

Already created offers can be edited by clicking on the pencil icon on the right side of the offer list.

When creating or editing an offer, you can check the Show Offer in Profile box to determine whether the offer is public or not.
