Client requests
Creating a request
A request is always created by the client through your marketplace partner profile using the Contact button.

* The button does not need to be activated / set up anywhere. It will appear on your profile automatically.
Manage requests
Once a request is created, it will be added to your partner account.
How to find requests
- Log in to your account in Marketplace.
- Go to the Marketplace section.
- Select the Requests
You will see a list of requests that clients have created for your partner account.
Request statuses
Each request has its own status. Request statuses:
- Awaiting review - A newly created request that is waiting for your acceptance/rejection.
- Accepted - A request that you have accepted.
- Not accepted - A request that you have rejected.
Warning! Switching the status of the request after its acceptance/rejection is not possible.
