Creating a request

A request is always created by the client through your marketplace partner profile using the Contact button.

* The button does not need to be activated / set up anywhere. It will appear on your profile automatically.

Manage requests

Once a request is created, it will be added to your partner account.

How to find requests

  1. Log in to your account in Marketplace.
  2. Go to the Marketplace section.
  3. Select the Requests

You will see a list of requests that clients have created for your partner account.

Request statuses

Each request has its own status. Request statuses:

  • Awaiting review - A newly created request that is waiting for your acceptance/rejection.
  • Accepted - A request that you have accepted.
  • Not accepted - A request that you have rejected.

Warning! Switching the status of the request after its acceptance/rejection is not possible.
