How it works: You create a professional profile and specific service offerings in your partner account. Customers contact you via an inquiry form, and all further communication and invoicing takes place directly between you and the client. Do you have an idea for a new function, module or addons to an external system? Offer your solution to thousands of e-shops as an Add-on on our Marketplace. It's a great opportunity to scale your business and create a regular income.

How it works: Using our API, you can develop a software solution (Add-on) that extends the capabilities of the platform. You can choose from two levels of integration:
Verified Add-on: Deeper integration using the Partner API that goes through our approval process. Activation of such an add-on is always free for the customer, while you can charge for follow-up services.
Unverified connection: A simpler form of publishing your service, typically for connection via API, XML, or conversion codes.

This path is for anyone who wants to earn commissions just by referring the Upgates platform. You don't have to provide any additional services, just bring in a new client.

How it works: After a simple registration in the affiliate program and filling in your IČO (company registration number), you will receive your unique affiliate token. You insert this token into the link that you then share. Every e-shop founded through your link is automatically paired with your account and you earn commissions from it.

Attractive commission system
We reward you for helping us grow. For every e-shop you create or recommend through your unique affiliate link (token), you will earn a generous commission.
Commission amount: You will receive 15% of all payments the client makes for the operation of their e-shop.
Payment period: The standard commission payment period is 1 year from the date of the first commission. For active partners, we offer an extended period of 2 years. The condition is to have a published and approved profile with a service offer on the Marketplace , actively accept requests and visibly present the partnership on your website.
Transparent payout: Commissions are automatically credited to your account after the client pays for the service. You can request a payout after reaching 500 CZK (or 20 €).

Two paths to custom design – Your opportunity : Our clients have two options for customizing the look. The first is the intuitive Designer module , which offers extensive customization options without knowing any code and can be extended with your own CSS styles . However, for you as an expert, the second path is key: the Code Editor . This allows full access to HTML templates and gives you the freedom to create a completely custom design according to the client's ideas.
Important note: By activating the Code Editor, you take full responsibility for the design and the client loses our technical support in this area. This means an opportunity for you to work together for a long time and offer paid technical support.
Robust API: Our open API allows you to connect virtually any external system – from ERP to marketing tools.
Free test e-shops: For development purposes and presentations to clients, we will be happy to extend your e-shop test period free of charge upon request or provide you with a long-term test e-shop for your own experiments.
Furthermore, upon request, we will gladly free of charge extend the testing period of an e-shop you are preparing for a client. In such a case, you will receive an additional three months of free testing period.

How to get started? Simply and online
Joining our affiliate program is quick and takes just a few minutes. We have prepared a unified administration for you, where you can manage your profile, offers, add-ons and commissions in one place.

Follow these three simple steps:
1. Create a partner account
Go to the Marketplace page and click "Sign in" in the top right corner. On the next page, select "Don't have an account yet? Start here!". Fill in your details, agree to the terms and conditions, and complete the registration. Your partner account is now created.

2. Fill in your profile and company ID
After logging in for the first time, go to the "My Profile" section. Here, fill in key information about your company. Don't forget to fill in your company ID in the "Commission" section. This step is necessary to activate the commission system and obtain your unique partner token. To be visible on the Marketplace, you must have a completely filled out profile, at least one offer, and a selected category.
3. Create an offer or start sharing a link
Now you're ready to get started. Depending on your specialization, you can:
- Create a service offer: In the "My Profile" → "Offers" section, you can add specific services that will be displayed to customers on the Marketplace.
- Get an affiliate link: In the "Affiliate Program" → "Affiliate Page" section, you will find your unique link with a token. You can start sharing it immediately and earning commissions.
- Create a request for an Add-on: In the "Add-ons" section, you can start the process of creating and registering a new connection for Upgates e-shops.
