Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

CRM is used for storing and processing information about your visitors and customers. Information are analyzed and offered for further use in marketing processes.

Communication

Communication module collects messages sent from the Website into Administration. Eg. there are questions from the form "Write us!" or "Contact us!". Here are recorded all discussion posts. For every message you can reply, mark it as disposed or delete it. Based on received reports are generated contacts, which are assigned to the data. Each visitor, that has already communicated with you via the Website is recorded, and you can continue working with him.

The Communication also directed so-called events. It is notice that eg. established a new customer, new contact for newsletter, or request to re-link exchange. All these notices are expected to response from the administrator. Eg. he include new customer to the group of users who can see non-public sites.

Contacts

The Contacts module displays a list of gained contacts and customers. You can perform advanced filtering, sorting, bulk editing or processing list of contacts for newsletter campaigns.

Contact detail includes personal, corporate and login data, billing and mailing address, statistics, history of communication and events.
